If you want a commitment, 100 million dollars sounds like a pretty hefty one.
I dread to think of marijuana becoming a commodity controlled exclusively by large corporations – individuals growing their own should be a priority. Given the government’s track record of immorality and lawlessness these days, asking for their “permission” to do anything seems absurd.
That said, if this gives people who need marijuana for medical purposes (or recreational, for that matter) better access without fear of being raided by SWAT police then it’s a step in the right direction.
